You grow up in the streets of inner city Tokyo. As a teenager, you fall into the wrong crowd and find yourself in a heap of trouble. The Yakuza kill your best friend. The cops put you in jail. You are so good at your job that a "federal agency" offers you other infiltration jobs. They groom you for a role in their agency.
