· In the first print, David Mack's dedication to his father, Wilson Grant Mack, appeared on page 3; the introdution is on page 4; on the spine, the a volume number was included and the title "Daredevil" is in red white "Parts of a Hole" is in white, and the words "Marvel Knights" are in white; the height of the book is 9 15/16"
· In the second print, page 4 includes David Mack's dedicationand the his introduction appears on page 5; the cover for each issue was included, however, they were covered with a Daredevil head logo that included the issue number; the volume number listed on spine, which has "Daredevil" in white and "Parts of a Hole" in red; the titles for volumes 1, 3 and 4 appear on the back cover and along with the rating Marvel PG the height of the book is 10 3/8"
Each printing includes an Echo character design (1 page), photo references (one page) and sketches of page layouts (one page); the ISBN number the same for each printing, but the Marvel logo is smaller on the second printing's spine
