Time has weight, and therefore, velocity. That’s why the older you get, the faster time progresses. If you’re not careful, it will run right over you.

David Mack on Future Kabuki & Art Collections
David Mack answered the following questions about his various upcoming collections:
    #1 From Murdock's Girl:
    Here's some questions..
1- Can we get a Kabuki Omnibus in an oversized edition like the Alias Omnibus?
2- What's the word on the art book? Soon? Please? I want it already!
Hi Tess,
#1- Yes, I think so. I'm thinking oversize editions. Maybe have a name like Complete Kabuki or Absolute Kabuki (please let me know if you have other name suggestions).
Volume 1 of the oversize would include Circle of Blood and Dreams.
Volume 2 would include Skin Deep and Metamorphosis.
Volume 3 would include Masks of the Noh and Scarab.

What do you think of that? Any suggestions and ideas are welcome.

#2- Yeah, I need to get this art book together.

My initial idea, was that the oversize artbook would include all the Kabuki covers and my favorite DD and Alias covers. Let me know what you think. Any suggestions [are] welcome.

I think I am caught up on the Q&A now, right? Ready for more...

    #2 From Gavin:
I would love to see oversized editions, and the order in which they'd come out sounds great. We also need a collected Reflections.

As for the book of covers, if it's got your name on it, consider it sold.

And thanks. And, yeah, I really need to get a collected volume of Reflections 1-4. 5-7 are all still in print, but 1-4 are out of print now (which is something I try to never let happen to any of my books). I'll see about getting 1-4 into a "Reflections Collection vol 1".

By the way, I'm sending Reflections #8 off to Marvel now. So that should be out by early June. Lots of goodies and new stuff in it.
