According to Tammy Wallace, who is the First Assistant at Ohio Wesleyan University's Richard M. Ross Art Museum (map), the reception for the upcoming exhibit that will feature David Mack's original artwork from Kabuki: The Alchemy #1 and Daredevil #55 is scheduled from 3-5 pm on Sunday, February 27. Also, David J. Knight, who is the Director of Exhibitions and Collections at Northern Kentucky University, noted that the show, which is titled "A Dialogue Between Art and Design," will be open on Sunday from 5-8 pm. When asked if he will attend the reception, David Mack replied: "I'm not sure if I'll be attending or not. I wasn't going to, but now I think I will if all works out Sunday." MOB News Bytes
From Eddy Choi, who posted a photo of Brian Michael Bendis:
With the one-two punch of Brian Michael Bendis and David Finch in attendance, long lines of New Avengers fans stood for hours to say how much they liked the hit series. I saw fan after fan greet Bendis saying how much they liked the New Avengers, "which is almost completely opposite of the internet" as he told one fan. No obsessive fans dressed as Hawkeye or anything to greet Bendis on his first con since Avengers Disassembled came out. Oh, and he was also giving away "free crap" too, which included the Powers coloring book and a new Powers print too. Can't go wrong with free crap. And as always, he was happy to sign whole stacks of books for fans. It looked like one guy even brought along every Bendis book he owned. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Andy Lee at MegaCon
According to David Mack, Andy Lee will appear at MegaCon, an Orlando, Florida-based convention that will be open Saturday and Sunday.
