"Marvel has asked me to do a graphic novel for them, but I don't have time. The funny thing is that Marvel wants to hire all of these independent creators who have the buzz and the critical acclaim, which is probably the best thing they could do right now. But all of my efforts are focused on my continuing Kabuki storylines and I won't jeopardize what I'm doing with Kabuki to work on anything else."
