David Mack Mentioned in Joshua Hagler Interview
From Newsarma.com:
Newsarama: Who are some of your influences in the medium? Have you been influenced by authors or artists outside of the comic book industry?

Joshua Hagler: Well, there's the writers I mentioned above. I consider myself to be constantly "under the influence." I'm influenced by literature, comics, art, the stage, film, history, philosophy, religion. As far as comics are concerned, I have learned a whole lot from Sam Kieth, David Mack, Dave McKean, Daniel Clowes, Paul Hornshemier, Johan Sfar, Gipi, Alan Moore, Chris Ware, Craig Thompson, Adrien Tomine, George Pratt, Greg Ruth, Kent Williams, and many others.
