In his latest email newsletter, Mike Oeming confirmed that he will appear at FallCon on October 6-7 (St. Paul, MN - 10 am to 5 pm) and reported: "Powers issue 28 is drawn as is the Handbook, and I'm starting the annual as well. Getting this book back on schedule is my priority these days. Don't forget, the page count to each issue is bumped, and that includes the story pages - issue 28 is 32 pages of story!" Mr. Oeming also included auction links to his original Captain America waterpainting and Hellboy artwork by Mike Mignola, noted that the Mice Templar website will soon have original artwork from the series for sale and shared page 17 from Powers 28:
