The after work in Dreams (and the one in Cirlce of Blood) may be helpful to you too.  Dreams has some extra things in the back, like the afterward and a little autobiographical story I did.

I did that story (KABUKI- Circle of Blood) ten years ago when I was 20, so I tend to think the Kabuki books get better as they go.  Metamorphosis is my favorite and the book that probably best presents my work in comics.

But it is probably most effective to start with the very beginning!
