· Pages 1 and 6-11 were colored on the computer by Daniel Cabuco, pages 12-14 and 16-19 were watercolored by Vincent Clarke and pages 20-25 were painted by David Mack; pages 2-5 and 15 were black and white and the letter column appeared on pages 26-29
· The black and white artwork for the Kabuki and Strangers in Paradise card was included on page 27
· Page 29 features the rules for the Kabuki Media Contest: "If anyone else writes a positive letter to Wizard, CBG, Overstreet's Fan, Combo, or any other prominent Comics Magazine and gets it published, I will be happy to send you a lot of personalized Kabuki stuff. Just send me a copy of the published Kabuki mention and tell me if there is anything specific that you'd like...Published Kabuki fan art, photos of Kabuki tattoos or other visual material are fair game as well."
· Page 29 also includes the rules for the "Where's Link Kinoshita?" contest; the first three people who spot Link in each issue of Kabuki: Masks of the Noh, copy the pages, circle him in red and mail the pages to David Mack would win a signed and numbered Kabuki print
