When David Mack was asked when he will appear at Fully Booked, a book store chain based in the Philippines, he stated: "I probably won't be able to go this year because of my publishing schedule, but I hope to confirm it for next year. I'll post the date and details here when it is worked out."
From the Shiflett Brothers themselves, this is the actual, original clay sculpture of the Kabuki statue produced by Moore Creations in cold-cast porcelain form. Based on David Mack’s critically acclaimed, award winning comic book series of the same name, a limited edition of 3,000 numbered statues were cast from this original piece. Unfortunately, the arms were completely destroyed in the mold making process, as is common. There is also some damage to her knee, which gives a rare glimpse into the armature or “skeleton” of this type of statue. It also still has the detailed engraving of the dragon tattoo on her back.
