The mannequins remind me of all the statues Iíve seen in museums missing their arms and heads. I think of the Venus De Milo. Perfect woman of her era. Goddess of love and beauty. Now she has no arms. -- Kabuki: Metamorphosis #2

I'd really appreciate it if people on this board
FRI, 9/21/01, 2:29 a.m. - In Response To: Please, For The Love Of Christ..... (Truman)

I'd really appreciate it if people on this board treat each other with a little bit of human respect. I don't see any reason to attack anyone on this board for expressing themselves, especially for something as benign as using their own choice of sentence structure.

Re: Daredevil: Parts of a Hole TPB!!!!!!
SAT, 9/22/01, 2:50 p.m. - In Response To: Re: Daredevil: Parts of a Hole TPB!!!!!! (Daut Berisha)
Will there be a hardcover to follow?
I'd like to think so. But that is totally Marvel's descision and timeline. I don't really know anything about that.

NY con...
SAT, 9/22/01, 2:54 p.m. - In Response To: David really dumb question. (Daut Berisha)
David are you planning on doing the October New York Shows? It doesn't say on the Big Apple Con website you are coming or not. I just got a response from Brian and he said he wasn't going.
I'm not going in October either.
The NY guys said that they are having a bigger three day con in November (9-11, I think) and that they would prefer that I attend that instead.

I haven't confirmed it with them yet, but there is a good chance I will. I will post updates on this board.

Working on the new story in the DREAMS hardcover
MON, 9/24/01, 6:52 a.m.

I'm working on the new KABUKI story that will be in the new Dreams collection. Really enjoying it.

If you haven't had your retailer place his order for the Kabuki DREAMS Hardcover yet, you should.

A signed and #ed edtion with Sketch can be ordered from the PREVIEWS calalogue for books shipping in December.

KABUKI Metamorphosis tpb shipping!
MON, 9/24/01, 6:55 a.m.

I recieved some copies right from the printer last week, so it should either be in stores this Wed or next.

I especially suggest that the readers of Scarab read this if they have not already.

KABUKI 1/2 shipping
MON, 9/24/01, 6:58 a.m.

I recieved my color proof of this from the printer. So it should be in stores next wed. Youre retailer can still order it if necasary.

It has a very in depth interview and analysis of my work that originally appeared in the French Magazine EKLLIPSE. First time ever in English. It is very cool.

And of course, it has a fully painted Kabuki story too!

And an ad for the SIAMESE masks. They look very sharp.
